How do I sign up a restaurant?
Signing up a restaurant is an easy 3 step process:
Most importantly if the customer requires additional help above and beyond services provided by MealClick - such as: custom website, custom graphics, in store hardware or software setup, etc... - you will be there ready to assist them with their needs.
- Discuss MealClick's Online Food Ordering with the customer and introduce him/her to MealClick. MealClick's products and services provide superior technology in a turn key solution. We setup the complete Online Food Ordering solution and support it - period!
- Get the customer to contact us either by conferencing them in (highly recommended), by having them contact us directly, or by having them sign up or you signing them up directly online though our sign up form. At all times and regardless of the method of contact, we recommend that you submitt the customer contact information through our prospect submittal online form
- Once the customer signs up, we will send you an order confirmation and you will begin collecting yearly residual revenue as long the customer continues to use our services
I have existing restaurants customers but I have since shifted focus, what can I do to leverage existing accounts?
Staying in touch with your existing customer base is always a great idea. We suggest that you contact your customers, find out if you can be of service to them, and introduce them to MealClick's Online Food Ordering products and services. This will give you the opportunity to keep in touch with your customers, assist them with their needs, and offer them an excellent product that will help them increase their revenue. You will be making money while helping your customers make more money - a great way to sustain a happy customer base.
How do I inform you of a prospect Restaurant?
There are different ways that you can inform us of new prospects:
- First, we highly recommend that you always submit a prospect using the new prospect from by going here
- Conferencing a customer in is always a great way of mutually introducing us to each other and could help break the ice and possibly make the sales process much faster
- You may print or email our restaurant brochure and send it to your customer so that they can contact us directly
- If the customer is ready to sign up, you may sign them up directly online by going to the sign up page and completely fill out all the form
- You may also call us directly and provide us with the required/necessary information right over the phone
How much work do I have to do?
There is not much that you need to do in order to refer prospects. We suggest that you discuss MealClick's Online Food Ordering with your prospect and then refer the prospect to us. We will take it from there.
When the customer signs up, you will have the opportunity to make additional income by assisting the customer with services that are above and beyond services provided by MealClick. These services include: custom website design, hardware and software installation and configuration, custom graphics, taking pictures of their food item so they can add images to their online menu, etc... We believe that MealClick will trully add great value to your current service offering and open up the door for addition income streams.
How much do I get paid?
To discuss referral fees and residual revenues, please fill out the partner inquiries form or contact us by phone at 877-MealClick. You must be an established business that services restaurants or formerly serviced restaurants in order to join the MealClick partner program.
If a restaurant has multiple locations, how much would I get paid?
Fees are based on restaurant locations. If a restaurant signs up for one location, you get paid based on one location. If multiple locations sign up for the same restaurant, you will get paid accordingly for each of the locations.
How soon do I get paid?
Referral fees and residual revenue fees are paid once per month at the end of the calendar month after the customer has signed up and MealClick has collected all the funds. It usually takes between 12 and 15 days to collect funds, so if the customer signs up or the customer yearly renewal anniversary is towards the beginning of the month, you will get paid at the end of the same calendar month. If the customer signs up or the customer yearly renewal anniversary is towards the middle or the end of the month, you will get paid at the end of the following calendar month. Residual yearly revenues are paid once per year as long as the customer, that signed up originally through you, continues to use the MealClick services year after year.
Do I have to see the prospect in person?
That depends on your type of business, the way you do business, and your relationship with your customers. It is always highly recommended that you see the prospect in person in order to discuss with him/her MealClick's Online Food Ordering.
Does the prospect have to see MealClick in action?
Our website has many tools and features for the prospect to see. It is always a great idea for the prospect to see how MealClick works. They can either take the quick 3-minute tour or if interested in seeing MealClick in full action, they can view the full online demo for a more detailed look.
What if the prospect has many questions?
After discussing MealClick with your customer and the customer taking a look at both the 3-minute tour and the full online demo, if the customer has more questions or would like additional information, they may contact us directly and we will be happy to attend to their needs. We don't expect you to know all the answers to all the questions. We are here to assist in any way possible.
Is MealClick safe and reliable?

How long does it take to setup a restaurant?
All restaurants receive 13 months the first year intead of 12 months. This way we provide enough time for both the restaurant and us to get the menu online and make it work according to the restaurant's specifications. Most restaurant menus will take an average of 2 weeks to be completed and ready for use.
